Can you work with my own fabric?

I am always happy to work with a customer's own fabric! However, to ensure the gorgeous, premium finish you expect for your soft furnishings, I do ask to see a physical sample before confirming the order. This allows me to check how the material drapes, stretches, and behaves. If I feel the fabric might not yield the best result, I will honestly advise you. If you still choose to go ahead, please note that the piece will be made at your own discretion and I cannot guarantee the final finish.

How long does a bespoke order usually take?

Most bespoke orders take approximately 2 weeks to complete from the moment the details and fabrics are finalized. However, this timeframe can vary depending on the complexity of your project, the number of items, and my current studio schedule. I will always give you a clear, estimated completion date before we begin so you know exactly when to expect your beautiful new pieces.

Do you require a deposit before starting work?

Yes. To secure your dedicated slot in my studio diary and cover the initial material costs, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Because every piece is strictly made-to-measure specifically for you, this deposit ensures my time is fully reserved for your project. Please note that any significant design changes requested after the project has started may require additional charges.

Do you provide home delivery as well as pickup from your location?

Yes, I offer a few flexible options depending on where you are based and what you are ordering:

    Studio Collection: You are very welcome to collect your finished items directly from my workspace.

    Local Delivery: If you live within a 10 to 15-mile radius, I can arrange personal delivery to your home.

    UK Shipping: For clients further afield, I safely ship orders anywhere in the UK via Royal Mail or a trusted courier.

Because soft furnishings vary so much in size and weight, we will discuss and agree on the best, most cost-effective delivery method when you place your order.

I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

Because my work is entirely bespoke and made-to-measure, cancellations are generally not possible once an order is confirmed and the fabric has been cut. If you realize you need to cancel, please contact me immediately (within a matter of hours). If I have not yet ordered or cut the materials for your project, we can successfully cancel the order.

Do you ship internationally or only in the UK ?

My main focus is delivering throughout the UK, but I am absolutely open to shipping within Europe on a case-by-case basis. If you are based in Europe, please reach out to me before placing an order so we can discuss the specifics of your project and explore the best international shipping options.
